  • This product has a square edge finish so keeping this floor clean will be easy as no dust or dirt can gather in the joints.  
  • The embossing process gives the flooring a texture which matches up with the appearance of the grain in the wood, giving it a realistic wood effect.
  • This product is compatible with underfloor heating, allowing you to have a warm underfoot feel in the comfort of your own home. It is extremely important that you check with your underfloor heating system provider that this type of product is compatible. You will also need to ensure that at no point the system temperature allows the surface temperature of the flooring to exceed 27 Degrees Celsius, or you may experience warping, cracking, bowing or excess drying out of the product. It is also extremely important that the installation is separated by door bars in any areas over 30m2, otherwise a polymer adhesive may be advised. Before laying any product we recommend you consult a professional fitter.

The mixed pattern makes it very easy to lay in more than one room as you dont have to follow the lines in the way you would if using a plank style floor
