The Easy Clean Dual Purpose Mop can be used on any type of floor covering from wood, tiles or vinyl as well as many others. The main benefit of using this mop along with the Easy Shine Spray is that it enables a thorough wash without the risk of damaging the wood. The kit comes complete with a machine washable cloth, telescopic handle and a quick release mop holder. The micro fibre pad will easily pick up grease, dirt and dust when used in figure of eight movements. Spray the cleaner onto the surface first and wipe dry with mop.

Delivery


Please note: November and December 2016,  deliveries can arrive at any time from 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday.

A selection of delivery options (Standard, Next Day and Saturday) are available to choose from at varying rates which are displayed in the checkout section of our website and will appear during the order process (any prices displayed are inclusive of vat).

Standard deliveries may be made on the day of your choice from Monday - Friday from 8am to 6:30pm unless otherwise specified unless delay due to factors beyond our control (weather, strike, 3rd party delay) or for any other reason including but not limited to stock availability to fulfil the order .

Any delivery option i.e. (Standard ), (Next Working Day) and (Saturday Delivery), must be paid for in full as per the cost as reflected on the checkout stage of the website. ( These rates may vary depending on the total order Value).

Delivery Charges will not be automatically refunded until reviewed at the discretion of the seller and no guarantee of any delivery charge or part refund of a delivery charge will be provided at any time for any reason including late or failed deliveries as the times and dates provided on site, in written communication or verbally are estimates only.)


We will endeavour to ensure that your delivery is made on the day that you requested, however please be aware that any delivery date displayed is not guaranteed as we use third party carriers. We accept no liability for any direct or consequential loss for late of failed deliveries as a result

Premium Delivery rates only apply to the palliated items you will receive, they do not cover the non arrival on the specified date of any accessory deliveries such as beading, trim, glues etc. The charge will not be refunded or reduced for non delivery of the items specified (or not) above.

All deliveries are kerb-side only and no assistance from third party courier companies can be guaranteed for bringing items into your home for insurance reasons.

All items must be signed for at the time of delivery and any damage or missing items must be noted on the proof of delivery documentation which the courier will ask you to sign.  You must note the damage a the time of delivery with the driver on both any paper copies or electronic signature device (which some depots will provide). You are strongly urged to check and ensure that each of the items is as expected and free from all damage. If damage of any kind is evident the must be noted and the affect items given to the courier to be returned to us. We are unable to process any claims where this procedure is not strictly followed.


You must notify us if your property has any kind of access restrictions, failure to notify us of any access restrictions for large 12 tonne vehicles may result in further delivery charges.

Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to non mainland addresses are chargeable and are reflected on the checkout screen. If the incorrect delivery type is chosen i.e. Standard for the Isle of Man or Isle of Wight, we will be unable to dispatch the item until the difference in the delivery cost is paid in full.

Deliveries to any where in the world apart from England and Wales are by Quotation only and have no set rate. This includes (but is not limited to) areas which part of the UK but are off the Mainland i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey (and all others including those not specified here.

Attempted deliveries
which have been scheduled for your chosen delivery day are rechargeable to your original payment method and can be up to £30 inc VAT  for each attempt.

Multiple Delivery failures
will result in a return to our warehouse and after 3 attempts cancellation of your order will occur for which you will be liable all direct expenses incurred with the attempted delivery and return charges.


If your order is left in a delivery depot for longer than 3 working days your order may be subject to storage charges by the courier. If multiple attempts are made to contact you and we are unable to ascertain if the goods are still desired the order may be cancelled and returned automatically for which you will be liable for all costs incurred.

Returns

Items can only be returned up to 14 days from receipt of the goods and they must be return in their original packaging and must be in resell-able condition. This right does NOT apply to products specifically made to your specifications and this includes items which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size.

Any applicable returns costs may be chargeable and are at a minimum of 20% of the return value. We will also only accept returns by your arrangement of a pallet courier. If you were provided with a FREE DELIVERY as part of a promotion or for any other reason and you subsequently cancel or return your order we will charge all costs incurred  in respect of administration, dispatch and transport of your items to the delivery address you specify. (This still applies even if you
were not charged delivery upon order placement). This deduction will be calculated during the return process (or if the items are refused upon delivery) and will be deducted from the refund amount you receive once your items are returned to us.

All items will be subject to inspection upon return for any deterioration in value.

Any items which have been purchased in one of our stores for direct delivery to your home cannot be returned to the store for a refund. Items must be collected and shipped by a pallet courier.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will only accept claims for damages if the courier note has been signed that goods were received as damaged.

Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation of order. You must reply to this email before your items are dispatched to confirm the items ordered, regardless of how the order is placed (on-line, in-store, via telephone) . If you do not reply to the email and the items are subsequently dispatched and you receive a confirmation of dispatch you will be liable for all carriage costs incurred in the delivery, return, and re-delivery of the items even if the items ordered are incorrect. It is also your responsibility to inform us if you do not received either the order confirmation or dispatch email and if the items dispatched are as per you order confirmation email or invoice and are incorrect you will still be liable for all costs involved as previously specified regardless of not replying to the order confirmation or not receiving the order confirmation email, dispatch email or invoice in store. We have not accepted your order even if any type of payment has been taken until you receive a dispatch notification confirming the items have been shipped to you with our chosen courier service.

Orders including but not limited to Free Samples may be cancelled at any time and for any reason by the seller without notification to the buyer.

Sample Orders

We provide a free sample service. The first set of 3 samples are totally free of charge, if you would like to have more sent out it will be at a rate of £5 per box INC VAT over the initial 3 ordered. 3 samples fit into a single box. For example if you order 6 samples you may be charged £5 INC VAT or if you order 14 samples you may be charged £20 INC VAT. IF you do not agree to pay these charges all of your sample orders may be cancelled without notification.
