Timeless 18/5mm x 150mm Oak Brushed and Oiled is 18mm thick with a 5mm solid oak top layer that may be sanded and resealed up to 3 times during the lifespan of the product.

The large 1.98 pack size contains a number of random length boards ranging from 310mm to 1200mm, each 150mm wide.

The engineered board has a 3 ply construction which makes it an extremely durable and resilient product.

All 4 sides of each plank have a milled bevelled edge which defines both the width and random length of each plank across your elegant floor.

A floor with the popular brushed finish is when the planks have been brushed with a steel comb to highlight the grain of the wood resulting in an authentic textured appearance. This floor is impregnated with an Oil Wax coating which retains the natural character of the wood while also increasing its durability.

All natural flooring products will contain a mixture of prime quality boards (no knotting), a proportion of 'first sort' (knots with filler, grain and colour variation) and 'second sort' (oak with larger knots, grain and strong colour variation). As solid and engineered wood flooring are natural products some boards may display heavy grain markings and figuring, wider colour variations and frequent knots of varying sizes and splits in which filler may be used.

This product is treated with a natural oil during the manufacturing process. We highly recommend that once fitted the product is treated with Osmo Polyx-Oil to aid in resistance to water and dirt. It is vital this process is carried out to provide a protective wax and oil barrier and maintain the integrity of the product throughout the home.

In particular, areas of high traffic and/or areas where spillages and staining may occur such as the living room, hallway dining room and kitchen should undergo this process as soon as installation occurs and it is recommended the oil is applied every 18-24 months thereafter.

FREE Delivery when you spend order £199 (including vat which is the only price displayed on our website) is only available to Laminate, Solid, Engineered Wood and Accessories.

Deliveries are made on the day of your choice from Monday - Friday from 8am to 6:30pm unless otherwise specified.

Any Upgraded delivery option i.e. (Next Working Day), (Saturday Delivery), must be paid for in full as per the cost reflected on the checkout stage of the website. ( These rates will vary depending on the total order Value).

Premium Delivery rates only apply to the palliated items you will receive, they do not cover the non arrival on the specified date of any accessory deliveries such as beading, trim, glues etc. The charge will not be refunded or reduced for non delivery of the items specified above.

All deliveries are kerb-side only and no assistance from third party courier companies can be guaranteed for bringing items into your home for insurance reasons.

All items must be signed for at the time of delivery and any damage or missing items must be noted on the proof of delivery documentation which the courier will ask you to sign.  You must note the damage a the time of delivery with the driver on both any paper copies or electronic signature device (which some depots will provide). You are strongly urged to check and ensure that each of the items is as expected and free from all damage. If damage of any kind is evident the must be noted and the affect items given to the courier to be returned to us. We are unable to process any claims where this procedure is not strictly followed.

You must notify us if your property has any kind of access restrictions, failure to notify us of any access restrictions for large 12 tonne vehicles may result in further delivery charges.

Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to non mainland addresses are chargeable and are reflected on the checkout screen. If the incorrect delivery type is chosen i.e. Standard for the Isle of Man or Isle of Wight, we will be unable to dispatch the item until the difference in the delivery cost is paid in full.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Europe are by Quotation only and have no set rate.

Attempted deliveries
which have been scheduled for your chosen delivery day are rechargeable to your original payment method and can be up to £30 inc VAT  for each attempt.

Multiple Delivery failures
will result in a return to our warehouse and after 3 attempts cancellation of your order will occur for which you will be liable all direct expenses incurred with the attempted delivery and return charges.

If your order is left in a delivery depot for longer than 3 working days your order may be subject to storage charges by the courier. If multiple attempts are made to contact you and we are unable to ascertain if the goods are still desired the order may be cancelled and returned automatically for which you will be liable for all costs incurred.


Items can only be returned up to 14 days from receipt of the goods and they must be return in their original packaging and must be in resell-able condition. This right does NOT apply to products specifically made to your specifications and this includes items which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size.

Any applicable returns costs may be chargeable and are at a minimum of 20% of the return value. We will also only accept returns by your arrangement of a pallet courier.
If you chose the FREE DELIVERY option and subsequently cancel or return your order and were not charged delivery upon order placement we will charge all costs incurred  in respect of administration, dispatch and transport of your items to the delivery address you specify. This deduction will be calculated during the return process (or if the items are refused upon delivery) and will be deducted from the refund amount you receive once your items are returned to us.

All items will be subject to inspection upon return for any deterioration in value.

Any items which have been purchased in one of our stores for direct delivery to your home cannot be returned to the store for a refund. Items must be collected and shipped by a pallet courier.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will only accept claims for damages if the courier note has been signed that goods were received as damaged.

Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation of order. You must reply to this email before your items are dispatched to confirm the items ordered, regardless of how the order is placed (on-line, in-store, via telephone) . If you do not reply to the email and the items are subsequently dispatched and you receive a confirmation of dispatch you will be liable for all carriage costs incurred in the delivery, return, and re-delivery of the items even if the items ordered are incorrect. It is also your responsibility to inform us if you do not received either the order confirmation or dispatch email and if the items dispatched are as per you order confirmation email or invoice and are incorrect you will still be liable for all costs involved as previously specified regardless of not replying to the order confirmation or not receiving the order confirmation email, dispatch email or invoice in store.

Sample Orders

We provide a free sample service. The first set of 3 samples are totally free of charge, if you would like to have more sent out it will be at a rate of £5 per box INC VAT over the initial 3 ordered. 3 samples fit into a single box. For example if you order 6 samples you may be charged £5 INC VAT or if you order 14 samples you may be charged £20 INC VAT. IF you do not agree to pay these charges all of your sample orders may be cancelled without notification.
