  • This product is compatible with underfloor heating, allowing you to have a warm underfoot feel in the comfort of your own home. It is extremely important that you check with your underfloor heating system provider that this type of product is compatible. You will also need to ensure that at no point the system temperature allows the surface temperature of the flooring to exceed 27 Degrees Celsius, or you may experience warping, cracking, bowing or excess drying out of the product. It is also extremely important that the installation is separated by door bars in any areas over 30m2, otherwise a polymer adhesive may be advised. Before laying any product we recommend you consult a professional fitter.

Laminate Flooring Maintenance Brief Overview

The Balterio Traditions range of laminate flooring has the look and feel of real wood thanks to its innovative embossing process which creates the look and feel of a solid or engineered wood floor.

The Tradition floors have a 100% waterproof surface and a small natural looking v-groove on all 4 sides which is the same details found in solid or engineered wood floors. These laminate floorboards are over 19cm wide which would be considered average for laminate floors. This means that it is best suited for small to medium-sized rooms.

The Forest Oak laminate floor from Balterio is a dark brown board with coffee coloured knots throughout which give this floor a subtly rustic look.

In order to give you the best possible price for this floor, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer within 7-14 day.
