Placing An Order

You've spent days and days searching for the perfect flooring, you've made your mind up and now you want to get it ordered. We're constantly trying to improve and speed up our buying process for you so you're not continually filling in information. 

Below is a quick guide to placing an order with us. If you would like to talk to one of our flooring experts and get some help please call us on: 0161 641 9996

Step 1

On the product page, input the amount of square metres of flooring you need into the flooring calculator. If you're unsure how to work this out, follow our Measuring Guide

We advise you add 10% wastage on to your order to allow for odd shapes and any mistakes. 

Once you have the correct amount added, press the green "Add to Basket" button

Step 2

You'll then see a pop-up that details the amount added to your basket. Its vital at this point you consider what you're laying your flooring onto.

Scroll down through the products and click the add button. We will add the relevant product to your basket for you.

Once you have all you need, press the "checkout" button. If you want to add a few other products; press continue shopping and follow step 1. 


Step 3

You're now in your basket summary. This details all the products you've added to your basket. Keep an eye on the bottom right hand corner. 

There may be offers you've missed. If the discount isn't showing, simply type the code into the box and press "apply"

Once you're happy, you can either choose to pay via PayPal or on a debit/credit card. 

If you are paying via PayPal, follow our PayPal checkout guide. If you're pay via debit/credit card, press the "continue securely button"

Step 4

We have 2 choices, to speed the process up we have introduced a guest checkout. If you want a quick checkout, simply input your information into the boxes under "New Customer". Once completed ensure you read our T&C's, select the tick box, and press "Register"

If you are a returning customer, you can add your details into the "Returning Customer" section and choose "Login"


Step 5

We now need to know where we are sending your goods and when you would like them delivered. Check the billing and address information. If either is incorrect or needs changing, simply click "change" and input the new information. 

When choosing your delivery method, ensure you choose the right date if you are choosing a specific date. Any details around restricted access, contacting prior to delivery etc, please input in the notes section. 

If you are taking advantage of our free delivery offer, don't worry about the cost, this will be deducted later.

Once you've checked all the details, press "continue"


Step 6

Nearly there....

We now need your billing information. If you've changed your mind regarding PayPal, don't worry, clicked the PayPal button and follow these instructions

Input your debit/credit card details into the box ensure these are correct. Once entered, click "confirm card details"

Step 7 (optional)

If you've checked out as a guest, we'll prompt you to create an account. This will enable you to log in and check previous orders. If you come back for more, which we hope you do, all your details will also be stored there

You're Done

And thats it.....

Payment and order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you entered earlier. Our team will get to work processing your order. Once the goods have been picked and wrapped, we will dispatch to our courier the day or so before your goods are due to be delivered. We will send you a confirmation email.
