Making a complaint:

If you have had a problem and wish to make a complaint please follow the steps below.

  • For general complaints please complete this form
  • For manufacturing faults, download and complete the complaints form
  • Email a copy of the form to customerservice@discountflooringdepot.co.uk.
  • It is important that you include your full name, address, order number, and a brief summary of the issue you are experiencing and how we can help resolve this.
  • Please include any photos which can help us resolve the issue you are having.

The next step:

Once your complaint has been received, we will try to resolve it within 2-3 working days.  Sometimes we need a little longer to investigate, however, we will keep you updated regularly regarding the status of your complaint.
