Cancelling an order
If you are ordering carpet, vinyl, lino, artificial grass, or anything else which has to be cut from a roll these count as a bespoke order because they are cut for your specific requirements. If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and the goods have not been cut you will receive a full refund via your original payment method. If you cancel your order after the goods have been cut and dispatched we will charge a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel or return your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will need to pay 30% plus the return delivery fee.

Returning an order
In the case that you do wish to return your order, you have up to 14 days on receipt of delivery, in order to receive a refund. A refund can only be issued on unopened packs, and a returns fee will be deducted from your refund amount (initial delivery charge will not be refunded).
We can arrange the collection of your flooring for you with our standard courier at the standard return cost of £75, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can arrange this yourself, please contact us prior to arranging transport. But please ensure that the flooring is sent the same way it was delivered. IE on a pallet/wrapped and protected.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the return and inspection of your floor to our warehouse.
• Please ensure all products being returned are well protected before sending, as any costs for damaged goods will be taken from the refund total.
• Products must be returned in original unopened packaging.
• Ensure goods are returned on a pallet. This will minimise damages.
These are designed to be sold to the trade/retail sector. It has been priced extremely competitively as it is sold as a full unopened pallet. As such if you wish to return the product it must be returned in full unopened condition. We will not accept returns of single/multiple packs.
The quickest way for us to resolve a manufacturing fault complaint is for you to follow the below steps.

Genuine manufacturing faults will be replaced and delivery and return costs will be refunded.
If you return a product due to installation problems and we are able to install it back at our warehouse facility, we will have no choice but to send you the product back at your expense. We highly recommend your installer reads and fully understands the installation guide on the product prior to installation.
