1.2. Minors under 18 years old can only use our services with the prior consent of their parents or guardians.
1.3. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and discountflooringdepot.co.uk until we confirm that the product(s) are in stock and have been dispatched to you by a confirmation email. This dispatch confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from discountflooringdepot.co.uk or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by discountflooringdepot.co.uk (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
1.4. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the error is discovered prior to your receipt of the dispatch confirmation email, we will cancel and refund your order.
1.5. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it for your records.
1.6. You must have a unique email address to use our site. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication, and you agree all notices made via e-mail satisfy any legal requirements that such notices be made in writing.
If using pay4later/Deko financing your application may also be subject to 3rd party credit reference agency checks.
1.8. You acknowledge that any review, feedback or rating which you leave may be published and agree that it may be displayed for as long as we consider appropriate and that the content may be syndicated to other sites and publications.
1.9. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim or action brought by third parties, arising out of or in connection with any feedback, ratings or reviews posted by you on the website, including the violation of their privacy or intellectual property rights.

1.11. All purchases made are non-transferable.
2. Returns / Cancellations
2.1. You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 14 working days after the day you received the product in accordance with The Consumer Contract Regulation for sales on or after 1st October 2015. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. This right does NOT apply to products specifically made to your specifications and this includes products which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size.
2.2. If the goods ordered have not been dispatched you will receive a refund for the total amount via the original method of payment no later than 7 working days from receipt of the refund request less any appropriate fees deemed necessary by the seller.
2.3. If the Goods have been dispatched or you have already received the goods, you must follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting us by email (email@example.com) or phone on 0161 641 9996. We will provide you with a returns authorisation confirmation along with details on how and where to send your item. You must wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
2.4. If your goods have been dispatched from our warehouses but have not yet been delivered, we will refund the original order value in full, less any direct expenses incurred including (but not limited to) any transport costs involved. Any goods which have been dispatched directly from the manufacturer may involve a re-stocking charge.
2.5. If you have taken delivery for your goods you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All flooring items must be palletised and wrapped for the return to avoid damage. You must arrange your own pallet courier to carry out the collection. Any items which have been delivered and are opened from their original packaging cannot be returned if in unsellable in condition. Any items which improperly wrapped and are subsequently returned damaged will not be refunded.
2.6. If the goods are ordered but yet to be dispatched, the seller reserves the right to charge a £10 administration fee to the buyer in respect of processing cost to the seller.
2.6b. The seller reserves the right to charge a re-stocking Fee of 20% for all returns.
2.6c. Any premium delivery charges were conditions of delivery were met will not be refunded due to the 3rd party costs imposed by a courier.
2.7 Any items which have been purchased in one of our stores for direct delivery to your home cannot be returned to the store for a refund. Items must be collected and shipped by a pallet courier (we would recommend using a courier of our choice for insurance reasons) and you will be liable for all transport costs incurred. Once the items have been received back to our warehouses they will be subject to inspection to ascertain if they are in resell-able condition. If resell-able you will receive a full refund for the items. If any damage has been caused before the items have been received you will incur charges for the deterioration of the value of the items.
2.8 Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation of order. You must reply to this email before your items are dispatched to confirm the items ordered, regardless of how the order is placed (online, in-store, via telephone). If you do not reply to the email and the items are subsequently dispatched and you receive a confirmation of dispatch you will be liable for all carriage costs incurred in the delivery, return, and re-delivery of the items even if the items ordered are incorrect. It is also your responsibility to inform us if you do not receive either the order confirmation or dispatch email and if the items dispatched are as per your order confirmation email or invoice and are incorrect you will still be liable for all costs involved as previously specified regardless of not replying to the order confirmation or not receiving the order confirmation email, dispatch email or invoice in store.
2.9 If you cancel or return your order and were not charged delivery upon order placement we will charge all costs incurred in respect of administration, dispatch and transport of your items to the delivery address you specify even if you receive a FREE Delivery as part of a promotion. This deduction will be calculated during the return process (or if the items are refused upon delivery) and will be deducted from the refund amount you receive once your items are returned to us. All returns are received into our warehouse on Thursdays, refunds will be processed the following Monday (excluding Public and Bank Holidays).
Standard delivery will be chargeable at a rate of £35 and Next Day of £45 and Saturday of £75. Any items ordered before this date may be subject to this charge if the order is not yet dispatched by the seller or altered by the buyer.
2.9B. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% holding fee on any orders cancelled while awaiting dispatch.
2.9C. If you are a disabled person or require assistance please inform us at the time of placing your order and we will make the utmost effort to accommodate delivery of your order. However, as all deliveries are kerb-side it may not be possible to accommodate certain situations and it will be at the discretion of the delivery company to advise if accommodations can be made. If you fail to inform us of your circumstances in advance of delivery it may result in recharge to have the items re-delivered at a rate of £30. We would always advise persons in these situations to have assistance on-site on the day of delivery to avoid any issues arising and to aid in the checks of the goods upon delivery.
2.10. Please note, if you are ordering carpet, vinyl, lino, artificial grass, or anything else which has to be cut from a roll these count as a bespoke order because they are cut for your specific requirements.
If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and the goods have not been cut you will receive a full refund via your original payment method. If you cancel your order after the goods have been cut and dispatched we will charge a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to cancel or return your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will need to pay 30% plus the return delivery fee.
2.11. Carpet and Artificial grass orders of 3 linear metres and less can not be cancelled or returned once cut.
2.12. Size Tolerances
All sizes (width and length) of carpet, vinyl, lino, artificial grass, have an industry-standard tolerance of +/- 1.25%. Please ensure you account for this when ordering.
3. Damaged Goods
3.1. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods in question provided that any missing items or damage is noted on the courier documentation at the time of delivery.
3.2. If you have a concern regarding delivery or find damaged items, please advise our customer care department immediately. Any damaged goods must be signed as damaged on the courier delivery note. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.
3.3. It is extremely important that you check and sign for your delivery upon arrival. You must note the damage a the time of delivery with the driver on both any paper copies or electronic signature device (which some depots will provide) which is presented to you. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss incurred as a result of damaged or missing goods after the delivery has been signed for and we would strongly recommend that you take extra care to inspect the goods regardless of the advice of the courier driver or any other party.
3.4. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. However, it is extremely important to note that we will only accept claims for damages if the courier note has been signed that goods were received as damaged and a clear number of items are indicated as damaged on their proof of delivery note i.e. 2 packs, 3 packs. If only noted as 'damaged or unchecked' and a number of items is unquantified in any way we are unable to replace the items free of charge.
3.5 We may also request photographic evidence of the alleged damage for insurance purposes before any new items are dispatched. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the photographic evidence of the alleged damaged we are unable to dispatch any replacement items on your behalf.
4. Dispatch and Delivery
4.1. Orders are dispatched with a lead time of 4 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged if needed for an additional surcharge. For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:59 am the previous working day. Beading deliveries will be delivered by a separate courier called DX this will arrive on the same day as your selected date. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivery is subject to stock availability, delivery point and logistical capability.
Please note at this time, for UK deliveries we only deliver to addresses in England and Wales.
4.1B Any dates provided of delivery are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. As all deliveries are made be 3rd party courier and the goods may arrive earlier or later than the date specified in your order confirmation and order dispatch emails. Any money paid in respect of a delivery will be non refundable even in the circumstance a delivery is later than expect due to transport or stock delays
4.1C Any Upgraded delivery option i.e. Saturday, Next Day (12PM) must be paid for in full as per the cost reflected on the checkout stage of the website. You must refer to the price as shown on the site at the time of ordering during the checkout process for each rate of charge for delivery. Premium Delivery rates only apply to the palliated items you will receive, they do not cover the non arrival on the specified date of any accessory deliveries such as beading, trim, glues etc. The charge will not be refunded or reduced for non delivery of the items specified above.
4.2. Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm. Any requests for an Estimated Time of Delivery are at the courier’s discretion. Where possible we will advise you at the time of the order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.
4.3. Due to insurance guidelines, all deliveries are made to kerb-side at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. You must arrange for adequate help to off-load the flooring as the courier driver cannot help move the flooring into your home.
4.4. As deliveries can be made by a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limitations, please inform us at the time of order so that alternative arrangements may be made.
4.5. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because no one is there to accept delivery, you refuse to sign or you refuse delivery for any reason other than damage you will be liable for the cost of the failed delivery attempt and any subsequent re-delivery charge where applicable .
4.5a. If you have made no attempt to contact us within 2 working days after the delivery has been refused for any reason other than damage which must be noted on the courier documentation at the time of delivery. The goods will automatically be returned to us and you will be liable for all delivery costs incurred. You will be refunded in full less direct expenses incurred regardless of whether or not these expenses are reflected in your original order value.
4.5b. If deliveries are attempted on 3 or more occasions on which each occasion the cost will be yours to bear and will be charged as per standard delivery dates as displayed on the website. In addition, you will be charged for the delivery cost incurred on the original transaction, (whether or not free to you at the point of purchase as part of a promotion) your order will automatically be returned to us at your cost without notification. Costs will be taken without notification from your nominated method of payment at the point of purchase. These are taken in respect of all costs incurred to us by 3rd party couriers, suppliers and other agents employed with the fulfillment of your order on our behalf.
4.6. Deliveries cannot be left unattended and we will not leave your goods at any other location other than the address specified in your delivery documentation.
4.7. Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
4.8. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will only accept claims for damages if the courier note has been signed that goods were received as damaged.
4.9. No liability can be accepted for any costs incurred as a result of late deliveries or deliveries of incorrect or missing products. We strongly advise against booking trades persons for installations until the goods have been received. Pallets on which the items are delivered may not be disposed of by the courier company and we will not be held liable for the cost of disposal. It will be the responsibility of the customer to make appropriate arrangements for the safe removal of the pallet and associated delivery materials not the seller or courier.
4.9B If in the event of a Free Delivery Promotion, items marked as or deemed to be a 'Sale item' do not qualify for FREE DELIVERY and will be chargeable at a Standard Delivery Rate of £35, Express of £45 and Saturday of £75. Additional costs may also be incurred for deliveries outside of the mainland UK.
5.1. This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from our negligence or wilful default, or that of employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
5.2. All terms, condition, warranties, statements or representations whatsoever, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all obligations and liabilities whatsoever (Save for 5.1 (a) and 5.1 (b) above) of the Seller relating to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, suitability or other properties of the Goods are hereby expressly excluded.
5.3. Discountflooringdepot.co.uk does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
5.4. Discountflooringdepot.co.uk will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Discountflooringdepot.co.uk does not accept liability for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from us when not using the products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Discount Flooring Depot reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or to reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by the Buyer (without Liability to the Buyer). If discount flooring depot is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstance beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, snowfall, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining of adequate or suitable materials.
10. Manufacturing Faults
10.1. All of our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards however there may be some rare instances were a fault has occurred. In these instances, we will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
10.1.a In order to assess a manufacturing claim fault a sample of the flooring in question will be requested and sent to the manufacturer for testing. If you are unable or unwilling to send a sample of the product we will be unable to process your claim any further.
10.2. It is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you notice a fault before installation, please contact us immediately. These planks/boards must be stored safely to remain free of any damages until the inspection takes place. Identified planks with manufacturing faults must not be included in the installation.
10.3. If, after installation, a product develops a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an on site inspection the cost of which you may be liable to pay up front.
10.4. All manufacturing faults are subject to an independent inspection at the site where flooring has been installed. False claims of manufacturing faults will be subject to a charge equalling the charge of the inspection company.

13.4. Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.
14. Warranty and Guarantee
14.1. Discount Flooring Depot has a strict quality control policy and we offer guarantees ranging from 7 years up to 25 years. Each individual Product has its own warranty, and a general guideline pertaining to the duration of this warranty is found on each individual product page (where applicable) throughout our website. However, if you require a full copy of the warranty information any exclusions to t before purchasing please contact our customer service department and we can arrange for this to be sent to you via email.
14.2. All Solid and Engineered wood products sold on this website or via our stores are not supplied with any warranty or guarantee of any kind either explicitly or implied unless otherwise stated.
16.1. We strongly advise against pre-arranging any installation services or tradespersons until after you have received your order in its entirety. We cannot be held responsible for failure to meet scheduled installation dates due to any delay in delivery. Delivery dates are approximates only and are not a guarantee.
16.2. Any Third party installers, including those recommended through the mybuilder.com network via our website, which you have charged in completing your flooring installation are entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any damages or improper installations carried out.
17. Sample Service
17.1. Samples are taken at random from our main stock. This gives the best representation of our products. We do not cosmetically enhance or change samples to give a false reflection of our products. Sample size will vary for each product. The average size will be 10cm width of the specific board. We cannot guarantee that a sample will give a full reflection of the properties of our flooring as no one piece will ever be identical to another.
17.2. We provide a free sample service. The first set of 3 samples are totally free of charge, if you would like to have more sent out it will be at a rate of £5 per box INC VAT over the initial 3 ordered. 3 samples fit into a single box. For example, if you order 6 samples you may be charged £5 INC VAT or if you order 14 samples you may be charged £20 INC VAT. IF you do not agree to pay these charges all of your sample orders may be cancelled without notification.
18. Images & Colours
18.1. The up most care is taken to ensure that the images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the products being supplied. However, the colour of goods may vary from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. We would highly recommend requesting a free sample so that you may thoroughly inspect the goods to ensure that the colour matches your requirements. The grading of wood also means it is impossible to represent all aspects or variations of colour of degrees of knotting or filler use on products. If you unsure at any time what you will or have concerns about particular aspects of products please email firstname.lastname@example.org before finalizing your purchase.
19. Offers and Promotions
19.1. We may from time to time run offers or promotions on some of our products or product ranges on the website, printed media, social media or via email including quotes. All promotions and offers including shipping are, unless specifically stated, strictly one order per household and are subject to the strict availability of stock. We reserve the right to change the details of any promotion or withdraw from the offer or promotion at any time, without notification and for any reason. No single offer or promotion may be redeemed in conjunction with another on a single purchase either on-line in-store or via telephone. We do not accept cheques.
20.3. All payments will be processed via Sagepay or Worldpay unless otherwise stated.
20.5. Payments are processed at the time of order and will be deducted from your nominated payment account, if insufficient funds are available for the order to be processed your payment will be automatically declined.
20.6. We will not be liable for any additional card or bank processing fees or charges (such as overdraft facilities or similar) incurred as a result of ordering any goods and services from us or were we seek to recover charges against your account in fulfilment of your contract of sale.
20.6b. Were recovery of funds is necessary from any account for re-deliveries charges we will automatically be debited from the account used at the time of purchase or another you specifically stipulate at a later date. If a refund transaction is put through incorrectly as a sale it is your responsibility to notify us of the error immediately so that we may rectify the issue. We will then process the full amount of the refund including the originally agreed amount as well as the overcharge. No compensation or gesture of goodwill will be offered as a result of the error.

23.1. We take complaints seriously. If you feel you have any cause to complain about anything that has happened as a consequence of your dealings with us, you should notify us by contacting our customer service team.
23.2. We will deal with your complaint as quickly as we reasonably can and shall, as necessary, request appropriate evidence from you for the purposes of settling your complaint.
24. Product Suitability
24.1. Wooden and Laminate flooring is naturally hygroscopic and is therefore sensitive to moisture or humidity changes. Any exposure to inappropriate levels of sub floor or atmospheric moisture, humidity or temperature can result in the Products moving by expanding or contracting resulting in cupping boards, lifting of the boards, gaps between boards, discolouration etc. Proper Acclimatization and installation procedures as per manufacturer guidelines must be followed for all products before installation.
24.2. Any effects that are a result of inappropriate levels of, or fluctuations in the levels of moisture, humidity or temperature are not a result of a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered by warranty.
24.3. British standards B.S 8201: 1987 / B.S. 5325: 2001 / B.S. 8204 -1: 2003 & 8203: 2001 give guidelines in relation to suitable sub floor moisture levels, in relation to wooden and mineral based floor sub floors, and sub floor moisture/humidity checking procedures. If in doubt as to the suitability of the sub floor this should be checked by a professional prior to installing the Products as original written documentation confirming the sub floor moisture suitability and moisture levels recorded prior to installation of the Product will be requested prior to assessing any claim.
24.4. Laminate flooring is hygroscopic, meaning that it is susceptible to reaction to moisture levels in the atmosphere. It is necessary therefore to ensure that flooring is installed in a stable environment. We recommend the boards are stored and laid in a relative humidity of between 45%-65% and a room temperature of between 18°C and 20°C.
24.5. All of our Laminate, Solid and engineered flooring products are not suitable for wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, saunas or any rooms in which high levels of moisture are contained unless specifically stated as otherwise.
24.6. It is imperative that the fitting instructions for all products are carefully read before commencing any installation. If you are unsure about the suitability of any products please confirm their suitability with a qualified installer before purchasing or fitting. Any advice provided by staff in either written or verbal form, at any time as well as any information contained on the Discount Flooring Depot website pertaining to fitting and installation of all products is for 'guidance only' and if followed is at your own risk. Discount Flooring Depot and its employees accept no liability for installation mistakes or failures resulting in or from the use of any advice given. We stress that in order to achieve the best results the services of a professional flooring fitter must be engaged at all times when installing any products purchased from Discount Flooring Depot.
24.7. Prior to fitting and regardless of whom you charge to accept the items. It is extremely important that you check the colour is correct and it is what you were expecting to receive. Also, check each and every panel or board for obvious defects prior to the installation being carried out! Claims cannot be accepted for obvious panel defects which are easily noticeable before fitting. In particular this refers to the following, but is not strictly limited to, boards with excess paint on bevelled edges, chipped, cracked or scratched surfaces, missing paint, damages edges, damaged tongues, grooves or click edges, missing or uneven portions of lacquer, oil or laminated surfaces or portions other of the board, discolouration, warped or cracked boards, de-lamination is occurring or water damaged boards. Under no circumstances are we liable for a floor which has been fitted (and as such deemed as accepted) and it later transpires the items were incorrect we will not be liable for any additional fitting costs as a result.
24.7b If a product in already installed but becomes unsuitable for purpose due to lack of care and maintenance we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in the replacement of said items. Furthermore, you are entitled to request inspection via a 3rd party independent specialist for which all costs you are liable to pay up front before the inspection takes place. If upon inspection it is found the items have indeed been care for correctly you will be refunded the full cost of the inspection.
24.8 Rustic wooden flooring in particular refers to products which will contain a mixture of prime quality boards (no knotting), a proportion of 'first sort' (knots with filler, grain and colour variation) and 'second sort' (oak with larger knots, grain and strong colour variation). As solid and engineered wood flooring are natural products some boards may display heavy grain markings and figuring, wider colour variations and frequent knots of varying sizes and splits in which filler of different colour and varying sizes may be used.
24.9 You are responsible for ensuring that the quantity of any floor coverings ordered is sufficient for your room, we always recommend a wastage factor at a minimum of 5% for all products.
25.1. Due to our large network of suppliers, the product names which appear on our website may vary from those which our suppliers utilise.
25.2. In any instances where the packaging of the goods employs a different brand name, we can assure you that the product supplied is exactly the same as the product publicised and is of an equally high quality standard.
25.3. If you are unsure about the product being delivered to your home and believe it may be incorrect, please contact us immediately and do not refuse delivery of the product until you have confirmed if it is correct (or not) with our customer service team or you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
26. Care & Maintenance
26.1. All of the products supplied on discount flooring depot are of the highest quality standards. However, lack of maintenance or improper care will result in a deterioration of the look and feel of the goods. The following advice and maintenance steps should be taken to ensure the integrity of your floor:
26.2. Generally, average temperature should be maintained within the range 15C – 25C and humidity readings within the range 35% – 55%. These are normal comfort zone readings under BS 8201 and will help to keep your floor in good condition.
26.3. Use good quality entrance mats and dirt scrapers at all exterior doors to prevent dirt and grit entering your home. Dirt underfoot can act similar to sandpaper. Use further entrance mats in apartment blocks at your front door.
26.4. We recommend that floors, especially engineered flooring laid in high traffic areas, such as hallways, are re-coated with a further coat or coats of lacquer or oil before general use.
26.5. Area rugs restrict wear in high traffic areas
26.6. Floor protectors or felt pads allow furniture to be moved without marking floors and they should be replaced at regular intervals to prevent dirt or grit becoming embedded.
26.7. Avoid high heels these can easily exert a pressure exceeding 2000 psi and can damage your floor. Wear appropriate footwear.
26.8. Avoid potted plants placed on the floor
26.9. Wipe up spills straight away with a damp cloth.
26.10. Clip your pet’s nails frequently to avoid scratches and choose water bowls designed to avoid spills.
26.11. Direct sunlight can cause wood to mature in colour.
26.12. Vacuum dust or sweep regularly, probably daily, to remove dirt and grit
26.13. Do not use a vacuum with a revolving brush
26.14. Never use excessive amounts of water only a slightly damp mop
26.15. Micromops and wood floor cleaner or laminate cleaner (use for the appropriate flooring type) are ideal, spray cleaner onto mop.
26.16. Special polishes are available to protect the floors finish.
26.17. Oiled finishes may require more attention but are easier to spot repair and should be sealed upon installation with a hard wax oil.
26.18. At least every couple of years completely clean the floor and if required apply another coat of oil or lacquer to manufacturer’s instructions.
26.19. Improper care or maintenance of any of the products supplied may void any warranty.
