We utilise SagePay as our online payment processor to process our online debit and credit card transactions and no card information is ever stored on our systems.

8. I do not know how much flooring I require can you help?
We can assist in determining the approximate requirement. We would always recommend allowing for around 7-10% extra on any orders to allow for wastage if you have arranged for an installer to lay your flooring.
All of our flooring product pages have a calculator which will aid you in determining the exact number of packs which you will need for your installation, however if you are still unsure please do not hesitate to contact us.
9. How long after I place my order can I expect delivery?
We have a lead time of 3 working days and all deliveries are subject to stock availability. Please be aware that all deliveries are made by a courier to kerbside only.
We will deliver the goods to the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle but for insurance reasons we are unfortunately unable to bring the goods into your home.
We would strongly recommend that you have someone ready to assist in bringing the flooring from the delivery point into your home as the courier driver will be unable to assist with this.
The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries will be made by a large lorry it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, for example, a road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order so that alternative arrangements may be made.
The majority of deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are made at the courier's discretion. All delivery schedules provided on the site are estimates only and we cannot guarantee a specific day or time for delivery to take place.
Don't forget we have a range of finance options available to suit your needs and we also offer extremely competitive delivery rates with a saving of £30 compare to other competitors sites
10. Do you offer credit facilities or can I pay when the delivery arrives?
Here at Discount Flooring Depot, we can offer you a credit facility in association with Deko formally Pay4Later. Credit is subject to status and is available to permanent UK residents only. Once you apply for this, Deko the independent financial provider will assess your status and provide you with an answer as to whether or not you qualify for the finance ore not. Deko should send you an email confirming whether your application has been successful within thirty minutes. If successful then your order will be dispatched on the appropriate date. Credit will only be considered on orders over £300.00. A deposit of 10% of your order value will need to be paid before the order is dispatched.
If you are not eligible for the Deko credit service all goods will have to be paid for before dispatch. Meaning you cannot pay the driver upon delivery.

Shipping rates are provided directly by our courier partner and may vary between postcode areas and/or the level of service required. Whenever you are placing an order through our website the shipping total will be clearly displayed in the order process.

You may cancel your order with Discount Flooring Depot Ltd. at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. However, please refer to our terms and conditions of sale for our full returns policy.
